Positive: The staff was excellent especially our Bulters Toby also Vernon and the lifeguards Ricardo and Nicolas ! The chief chef provided some ackee and saltfish for our group on request which was greatly appreciated because they didn’t have ackee that day ! The staff sang Jamaican happy birthday rendition for my three cousins if there is away for me to send you the video let me know !
Negative: The air conditioner seem to be off at times the washer and dryer in our room doesn’t work very well !
Summary: Excellent food service entertainment and facilities ! Our trip was awesome thanks to you all !

Positive: The daily entertainment activities were amazing. We get enjoyed times anytime and anywhere. Also, the beach was so calmed and warm, my family love stay inside the water and swimming there.
Negative: There weren't too much options in the bar and I think they can improve the list of drinks offered

Positive: This was what was exquisitely amazing words can’t explain how welcoming how warm and how beautiful it was the staff there on the property was very attentive, very respectful and kind nothing but smiled the food outstanding the views for the ocean was the best if you’re staying there make sure you visit building C at night, most activities and music Camille my travel guide was so responsive. If you’re looking to book a tour or a mini tours, they have a wonderful package with transportation included so I would say Jewel every time I can’t wait to visit again. Will be back soon.
